It's one of the largest cemeteries in the world - but burial space is running out. Rookwood Necropolis, literally the City of the Dead, lies in outer Sydney. Since 1867 around 800 000 thousand souls have been laid to rest in its park-like grounds. Almost every religious denomination is represented here. Now that burial space is running out Rookwood has to devise new ways to care for the dead, and for the bereaved…
