How long does a Right of Burial last for?

Answer

In New South Wales a Right of Burial issued in a Crown Land cemetery may be revoked by the cemetery's trustee after 60 years.

However, not all cemeteries are subject to the Crown Lands Act and its bylaws. You should always check with the cemetery to find out what its Right of Burial tenure arrangements are.
