Do I have to sign anything when I arrange a cremation?
Answer
Yes. If you are the executor or the next of kin, or authorised by either to do so, you will be asked to complete an application for cremation in accordance with the Public Health Regulation. There may also be the crematorium's authority forms.
Your funeral director will help you complete & lodge forms when making the funeral arrangements.
