Important Login Changes
As indicated in a mail out yesterday, it seems those members having difficulty logging into the website are using Internet Explorer 7. Whilst the obvious fix would be to upgrade to a better, faster and more secure browser like Firefox, Chrome or Opera or even Internet Explorer 8, I appreciate that isn't always practical due to corporate demands. I am hoping that the problem was limited to the pop up log in dialog, so I have disabled it and replaced it with a static form on the right hand menu. I would be grateful if those using IE7 could try the alternative log in and let me know if it works. Unfortunately I cannot test it myself because I don't use Internet Explorer except at work, where we have IE8 and Firefox.
