No demand for natural burial in Bega Valley

ABC Regional News in Bega reports a Bega Valley funeral director in South East New South Wales saying he is not seeing a demand for environmentally friendly coffins. John Whyman, says the idea has not caught on in the South East. "We have a very limited use of chemical in the preparation, but as far as alternate coffins and so on, and I guess we are referring to the cardboard coffin, we do get the odd request," he said.

"I guess it's not a major concern to us at this point."
