Woronora's new memorial to children

Garden of Angels- To lose a child can be an inconsolable time.  But what if you never even got to hold that child?  For 15 to 20 per cent of women who become pregnant, this is their reality.

gardenmenorialWhether they lose the child through miscarriage, a still birth or an ectopic pregnancy, the loss is real, it is "raw".

Yet for the mothers and fathers of St George and Sutherland Shire there has never been any where publicly for them to grieve.  That will change with the opening of the Garden of Angels memorial at Woronora Cemetery and Crematorium on September 7.
