EILDON real estate agent Mark Howard, according to the Heral Sun,  says he has all your property needs covered - in this life and the next. The flamboyant managing director of Eildon Real Estate has introduced a string of giveaways in recent months, including free cemetery plots with any property purchase, in a bid to drum up business.

Mr Howard first offered two cemetery plots with any property purchase in March, with advertisements informing potential buyers they had a choice of "heavenly views". Despite failing to attract a buyer, Mr Howard said he had taken phone calls from across the state and would renew the offer in September.

"This time I am thinking of throwing in three plots so if you are a big family you can have six stand-ups or three-lay downs," he said. "But it also depends on what views you want - bush or pondage."
