Petition against Greendale cemeteries breathes new life into debate

The Liverpool Leader reports that a petition tabled in state parliament has breathed new life into a residents’ fight to quash approval for a string of crematorium and cemeteries along Greendale Rd.

Earlier this month, Mulgoa MP Tanya Davies tabled a petition, “requesting the overturning of the Joint Regional Planning Panel’s decision regarding DA-1291/2010 and the cessation of all development applications for cemeteries, crematoria and places of worship in Greendale”.
