SA: West Terrace Cemetery beefs up security

Adelaide's heritage listed West Terrace Cemetery has had more  than 30 security cameras installed as one of a range of anti-vandalism measures costing $100,000. The City Messenger goes on to report:

A motion-sensitive monitored alarm system now covers most of the cemetery. All entrances are locked at night and signage has been installed to inform visitors of opening hours. The Adelaide Cemeteries Authority has planted native shrubs along the cemetery’s western boundary with the Keswick railyards. The plants’ dense, prickly foliage will grow to create a natural barrier.
