NZ: 'Mystery shopper' sent to cemeteries

Full of gusto after knocking us out of the World Cup comes news from across the dutch ditch that

 

Auckland Council sent a "mystery shopper" to three Auckland cemeteries to see if they were meeting customer expectations.

The shopper was sent to North Shore Memorial Park, Manukau Memorial Gardens and Waikumete Cemetery and Crematorium and surveyed visitors, people considering burials or cremations, funeral directors, ministers and celebrants on their graveside experiences.

North Shore scored the best with 100 per cent of visitors expressing satisfaction.
