Can the funeral service, be it burial or cremation, be held in the cemetery?

Answer

Many modern cemeteries and most crematoriums have chapel facilities specifically intended for funeral services. Some cemeteries & crematoriums also have catering facilities for before and after the service.

For burial the family can also choose to have an open-air graveside service or, where available, hold the service in the cemetery Chapel. You will need to check with the cemetery to see what facilities are available.
