What will a funeral cost?

Posted by: Mary Reid

Funeral costs vary according to the specific details selected by the family.  Costs will vary significantly according to the nature of the funeral service, the number of personnel and vehicles involved, the type of coffin or casket, flowers, advertisements, catering, or whether a family’s choice involves cremation or burial, viewing of the body, etc.

When considering the cost aspects of a funeral, it is important to ensure that a clear statement of what can be provided, and at what price, is obtained from the funeral director.

After the funeral is over, there will be the question of memorial costs, as these casts are not usually included in the funeral cost.
