With access to relevant, excellence-driven knowledge and solutions, CCANSW seminars support our strong, inclusive and diverse community of practice. Our seminar programs deliver both current topics, practical implementation and updates on the regulatory frameworks which impact our sector.
At our seminars, we bring our community together via presentations and interactions, including networking opportunities. Our participants share experiences, learnings, innovative processes and solutions so as to enact progress via best practice and help our membership of professionals to thrive.
CCANSW hold two seminars annually. A mid-year urban seminar (usually in Sydney) and a regional end-of-year seminar (usually at a rural centre).
CCANSW seminars are open to people who work at cemeteries, crematoria, memorial parks, in solutions or services for deathcare and people who are interested in the focus areas of death planning, dying, bereavement, funeral services, interment and memorialisation.
