The Cemetery Safety Course trains on best practices for graveyard maintenance, including grave preparation, soil conditions, trench safety, exhumations, mausoleum procedures, and dealing with workplace grief. The course also covers legislation, health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and working in confined spaces. Enrolment costs vary for members and non-members, with certain conditions for free registrations. Delivered in-person by Fiona Hurst of Footprint Training as a CCANSW customised course.

Course Delivery: This is an official CCANSW training course, using the services of a qualified facilitator. The course has been customised for CCANSW requirements, with relevant industry scenarios.
Cancellation & Refunds: Registration cancellations must be received, via email to the CCANSW Secretariat, prior to course commencement (5 days for face-to-face sessions and 3 days for online sessions) Thereafter, no refunds will apply or loss of the free registration will occur, whichever applies. Substitute delegates will be accepted without penalty.
